DIY Monday: My little "Joulenka bag"

Dzisiaj chciałabym pochwalić się Wam niedużym, aczkolwiek uroczym uszytkiem :-) Brakowało mi torby, która pomieści różne domowe drobiazgi, a jednocześnie nie będzie mieć formy kosmetyczki lub piórnika. Zachęcona konkursem organizowanym przez Joulenkę postanowiłam uszyć "torebkę niekoniecznie na kanapki" posługując się zamieszczonym przez nią tutorialem (TUTAJ).

Szyłam z mieszanki lnu i bawełny w cudne paski. Materiał dostałam od Mamy i koniecznie chciałam coś z niego wyczarować :-) Nieco zmodyfikowałam model Joulenki dodając rzep.

Co myślicie o takim pasiaku? :-) Buziaki i miłego tygodnia!

Today I'd like to show you a small bag that I created thanks to Joulenka's tutorial (HERE). I got this beautiful textile (a blend of linen and cotton) from my Mom and I was so impatient to use it! I slightly modified the pattern by adding velcro. I thought that it would be great to be able to close the bag ;-) I use it now to store some bits and bobs at home.

Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais vous montrer un petit sac que j'ai créé grâce au tutoriel de Joulenka (ICI). C'est ma Maman qui m'a offert ce tissu rayé (un mélange de lin et de coton) et j'avais hâte de l'utiliser ! J'ai légèrement modifié le modèle de Joulenka en ajoutant une bande de scratch, car il est bien plus pratique de pouvoir fermer son sac ;-) Je l'utilise maintenant pour stocker plein de petits trucs utiles.

Fashion Wednesday: Sweet and sour

Początek tego roku okazał się przedziwną, słodko-kwaśną mieszanką. Nie będę pisać o części kwaśnej, ponieważ wszyscy i tak nasłuchaliśmy się odpowiednio wiele w mediach w ciągu ostatnich dni. Dla mnie najważniejsza jest obecnie słodka strona stycznia 2015: fakt, że zostałam ciocią! Co prawda nie z genealogicznego punktu widzenia, ale nie ma to dla mnie znaczenia. Moja przyjaciółka, na której ślubie świadkowałam w ubiegłym roku, urodziła w zeszłym tygodniu przecudne maleństwo. Mała jest śliczna i zdrowa jak ryba, a ja nie mogę się doczekać kolejnego przylotu do Polski by zobaczyć ją na żywo! Póki co rozpływam się patrząc na jej zdjęcia :-)

The beginning of this year is really strange, sweet and sour at the same time. I won't write about the sour part, since we had already heard enough bad news lately. Right now, it's the sweet part of January 2015 that is most important for me: I became an aunt! My best friend gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last week. I'm so happy! Her baby girl is beautiful and healthy and I can't wait for our next trip to Poland to see her. For now, I just can't stop looking at pictures of her :-)

Le début de cette année a vraiment été étrange, aigre et doux en même temps. Je ne veux pas écrire sur la partie aigre, car nous avons déjà entendu assez de mauvaises nouvelles dans les médias ces derniers temps. Pour le moment, c'est la partie "douce" de ce mois de Janvier 2015 qui est pour moi la plus importante: je suis devenue tata ! Ma meilleure amie a donné naissance à une magnifique petite fille la semaine dernière. Je suis si heureuse ! La petite est très jolie et en bonne santé. J'ai hâte de la voir la prochaine fois quand nous irons en Pologne ! Et pour l'instant, je souris en regardant les photos d'elle :-)

Beauty Monday: Favourite products of 2014

Nadeszła pora na podsumowanie moich ulubionych kosmetyków kolorowych i pielęgnacyjnych odkrytych w ubiegłym roku. Nie jest ich dużo, ale wszystkie sprawdziły się u mnie idealnie :-) Jednocześnie moja zeszłoroczna lista (TUTAJ) jest jak najbardziej aktualna i większości produków nadal używam, nie licząc płynu micelarnego, dla którego znalazłam tańszy odpowiednik. Ale żeby nie było aż tak cukierkowo, na końcu wpisu opowiem Wam o kosmetycznej wpadce roku: gigantycznym bublu, który próbował niedawno wypalić mi twarz ;-)

Zaczynamy!

I'd like to tell you today about my favourite cosmetics that I discovered in 2014. They turned out to be just perfect for me! At the same time, my last year's list (HERE) is still valid, since I keep on using the products that I listed there over and over again. Maybe except the micellar makeup remover, since I found a cheaper dupe :-) And at the end of today's post I will tell you about the worst beauty product of the year! Cause yeah, I bought one that tried to burn my face ;-)

J'aimerais vous montrer aujourd'hui quelques cosmétiques que j'ai découvert en 2014. Je les adore, ils sont parfaits pour moi ! En même temps, la liste de mes cosmétiques préférés de l'année dernière (ICI) est toujours valable, à l'exception de la lotion micellaire (j'en ai trouvé une autre qui est aussi bien et moins chère). Et à la fin du post d'aujourd'hui je vais vous parler du pire produit de l'année, qui a failli me brûler le visage ;-)
