Auvers-sur-Oise: Visiting Vincent

Auvers to przeurocze, malownicze miasteczko położone niedaleko Paryża, w którym pod koniec życia mieszkał i tworzył Vincent van Gogh. Jesienna wizyta, poza turystycznym sezonem, pozwoliła nam na spokojne zanurzenie się w atmosferze miejsca, które zainspirowało Vincenta do stworzenia ponad siedemdziesięciu obrazów.

Auvers is a charming little town near Paris. It's here where, at the end of his life, Vincent van Gogh lived and painted. We had a chance to visit Auvers after the summer season, and to enjoy its calm, inspiring atmosphere.

Auvers est une charmante petite ville près de Paris. C'est ici que Vincent van Gogh a vécu et peint à la fin de sa vie. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter Auvers en automne, après la saison touristique, et de profiter de son atmosphère bien calme et incroyablement inspirante.
